Dr. Brittany Rudy, Ph.D. and her team of providers have each undergone specialty training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and related evidenced based treatments that specifically target management and reduction of anxiety symptoms for individuals who experience OCD, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety, Selective Mutism, Social Anxiety, and other related anxiety concerns.
